Painting Techniques

I dabbed the sky with a paint brush. I painted the mountains with strokes using my paintbrush.  I used a sponge to dab the paint onto the sun and clouds.  I finger painted the molten rock. I sponged the background. I used these techniques to make my painting stand out. When it dried the sun and the clouds felt bumpy and the background felt soft and smooth.

Cross Country

Cross country is fun. At the beginning of the race I felt scared. I had to stop running once because I got puffed, but then I started running again.  I came 4th in the race.  At the end I gave Ashley a high five.

In the beginning

Once upon a time there were six kids and two adults. The kids were sick of the dark. One of them had a plan. Let Rangi and Papa die, but one thought it was mean. Another said “Push them apart from each other”. They  tried to, but they just couldn’t. One had another idea. Try to use your feet to push them apart.

“Keep trying”. 
“Yay we did it”. The six kids became gods.

They liked their new jobs.
